3. If I need my order urgently, can I get it faster?

We are based in JHB, and by arrangement we can arrange expedited delivery or pick up.

4. Do you have a shop?

No, we do not have a shop. We are online only, and attend various retail pop-up events in Gauteng (such as Kamers and Glenshiel). Alternatively, we can arrange an appointment at our premises in JHB (by arrangement).

5. Can I buy on lay-by?

We offer installment payments via the PayJustNow service. This allows you to pay 3 interest-free installments. Learn more

6. Can I exchange my order for something else?

If you are not happy with the product, you may exchange it for something else provided it is in its original packaging. Courier charges may apply (to return and send the new one).

7. What do I do if my product is damaged?

We offer a 100% return service. We will gladly replace the item free of charge or provide a full refund.

8. Do you provide wholesale or trade prices?

We do provide interior designers a trade price.
