In honour and remembrance of the late H.M Queen Mmamohato Bereng, it is also Inspired by the Mokhibo dance. This dance was her favourite form of entertainment and she popularized the female shield. The dance is traditionally a celebration which is often performed on Independence Day, the King’s birthday or other festive occasions.
